In line with the Bank's expansion, we invite highly motivated individual to join us Executive, Information Technology Post Date: 08 Jan 10 Responsibilities: Implement, Setup and manage Windows 2003 Servers, Active Directory, and windows application servers Manage all network related devices and appliances (firewalls, routers, switches, proxy, VPN etc) Responsible for troubleshooting and timely resolution of faults and issues as well as operational support Proactively manage, analyse, monitor and ensure Servers and network performance Conduct regular preventive maintenance including software and hardware upgrades Support the expansion, upgrades and roll-outs of new infrastructure involving Servers, Desktop & Related peripheral, network appliances, monitoring and management systems Prepare statistical reports on Servers, networks and related equipment performance System and Server administration support Helpdesk and on-site support for users Support the IT operational team in daily tasks as and when required Procurement of both software and hardware when necessary Handle projects assigned by the superior Any other duties assigned Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Architecture with good practical experience in Windows Servers & Internetworking setup, support and troubleshooting Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent and possess MCSE & CCNA Certification Strong hands-on experience in implementing and managing Windows 2003 Servers and Active Directory, and related applications or services Good technical knowledge of Internetworking principles, IP routing protocols, TCP/IP, LAN and WAN technologies Must possess good analytical and trouble-shooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification A team player with high commitment level and good listening skill A responsible and fast learner who is able to follow instruction properly Hardworking and has pleasing personality Candidate may be required to work outside core business hours, including early morning, late evening, weekends, and/or holidays as needed Candidate who is able to start work immediately will be an advantage Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs need apply.
