Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategy, ensuring business growth and contract renewals for assigned markets
- Negotiate and implement professional supplier relationship with hotels
- Responsible for contract renewals and re-negotiations
- Analyze market trends and customers’ business trends in order to identify greater opportunities for customers
- Review customer support activities and escalate operational issues for review and improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional team
