Director of Sales and Account Management (Travel Solutions) for an US MNC travel solutions
(Singapore - Tampines)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy, ensuring business growth and contract renewals for assigned markets
  • Negotiate and implement professional supplier relationship with hotels
  • Responsible for contract renewals and re-negotiations
  • Analyze market trends and customers’ business trends in order to identify greater opportunities for customers
  • Review customer support activities and escalate operational issues for review and improvement
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related discipline
  • 8-10 years’ relevant experience in the hospitality sales or account management
  • Experienced in managing and developing relationships with customers as a senior level
  • Has good understanding of trends in hospitality industry, issues and emerging technology
  • Possess strong leadership qualities; good organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Willing to travel overseas
