Engineering Executive
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for Mechanical & Electrical systems
• Supervise a team of technicians and contractors
• Co-ordinate and execute maintenance programs on a timely basis

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years of experience in property management of shopping malls
• Experience in Building Maintenance Systems will be added advantage
• Ability to work independently but also be a good team player
• Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English
