| | | | Duties and Responsibilities: - Cash Management (incoming & outgoing funds)
- Monitor Foreign Exchange market price fluctuation & make relevant analysis.
- Ensure credit exposure are well within limits & effectively minimize credit risk
- Assist in implementation of financial policies & control procedures to ensure compliance with statutory & corporate requirements.
- Liaise with Group companies on Finance issues such as financing of funds
- Liaise with banks on matters relating to daily operation.
- Prepare & analyze financial reports, schedules & reconciliation to validate the accuracy of processed transaction.
- Assist in the preparation & timely submission of management report.
- Dealing of Foreign Exchange – Hedging or Spot basis
- Liaison with banks
- Daily updating of Cash Pooling report
- Assist in the development & maintenance of new financial schemes with related parties.
- Preparation of loans, loan invoices & loan schedules
- Prepare cash flow record & other financial report for the Management
- Prepare remittance to bank & related companies
- Tabulation of Profit/Loss & Balance Sheet
- Updating & monitoring of Import & Export Bills outstanding
- Monitor incoming funds to ensure timely receipt of funds.
- To investigate the cause should there be a delay in the incoming funds.
Requirements: - Ideal candidates should possess at least a degree / diploma / post graduate diplomas in Finance, Banking or Accountancy
- Mature & able to work in a female dominated environment
- Meticulous & good with figures
- Min. 2 - 3 years treasury experience with at least 1 year experience in foreign exchange transactions. (Prior experience in Banking industry would be an added advantage).
- Computer literate, proficient in Excel spreadsheet, Words & PowerPoint / Bloomberg
- Good interpersonal skills & able to handle stress.
