Our client, a reputable hotel, is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join them!

Restaurant Manager **Hotel Industry
(Singapore - Town)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Executive Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage products and will be required to lead the service team of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year’s similar experience in a luxury hotel in Asia or Middle East
• Self-driven and creative in achieving goals as defined by the Hotel.
• Proven track record of excellent leadership and customer service.
• Systematic and possess a keen eye for details.
• Effective communication skills in English and preferably multi-lingual.
• Excellent interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills, and proven ability to nurture relationships and coordinate efforts among various departments.
