Commonwealth Travel Service Corporation Pte Ltd has evolved into a leading travel and tour operators since its incorporation on 2 March 1990. CTC Holidays has expanded beyond Singapore with a paid up capital of US$7.55 million.

In 2004, we invested S$6million for a majestic fully-owned 4-storey building in Mosque Street, Singapore to house our travel HQ. This acts as pledge of our financial stability and commitment to our valued clients. As part of our continuous expansion plans, 1st branch at People’s Park Complex was opened in August 2005 and the 2nd branch at People’s Park Centre in March 2007. This provides added convenience to our clients.

Tour Operations Officer /
Senior Tour Operations Officer
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager/Supervisor (Tour Operations Department), the candidate is responsible for

• Liaising with airlines on seat request, air-ticket issuance
  
• Coordinating with our oversea suppliers on tour programs, tour arrangements
  
• Build & maintain good relationships with airlines, overseas suppliers to provide high level of tour services
  
• Online reservation/bookings of tour services/accommodation etc

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Level with B4 in English or equivalent
  
• Minimum 1 year working experience in travel industry
  
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest to develop a career in the travel industry are welcome to apply
  
• A thorough professional whose communication skills in English & Chinese, both written and verbal, are outstanding
  
• Good ability to pay close attention to details
  
• Personal traits will include self-motivation, high energy level, positive thinking and a strong interest in the travel industry
  
• Applicants with prior experience in the travel industry will be considered for more senior positions
