In 2004, we invested S$6million for a majestic fully-owned 4-storey building in Mosque Street, Singapore to house our travel HQ. As part of our continuous expansion plans, 1st branch at People’s Park Complex was opened in August 2005 and the 2nd branch at People’s Park Centre in March 2007. Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager/Supervisor (Free & Easy Department), the candidate is responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing a portfolio of travel customers in Singapore and possibly around Asia.
- Responsible for customer servicing and development of new business/customers in Singapore
- Build & maintain long term client relationships through the provision of high customer service standards
- Leverage & promoting of travel products through the use of e-commerce
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Level with B4 in English or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong business acumen and customer service aptitude
- A thorough professional whose communication skills in English & Chinese, both written and verbal, are outstanding
- Good ability to pay close attention to details
- Personal traits will include self-motivation, high energy level, positive thinking and a strong interest in the travel industry
- Applicants with prior experience in the travel industry will be considered for more senior positions
