Our client, one of the global leaders in home appliances and appliances for professional use, with over 55,000 employees worldwide, is now looking for an independent and dynamic person to fill the position of:

Service Executive (Consumer Market)
(Singapore - North)

Responsibilities:

• Providing backend service support in the area of spare parts management, technical expertise to Approved Service Contractor and graded stock
• Issuing and receiving of spare parts from the Approved Service Contractor
• Attending to complex technical issues/product with repeated service call
• Providing technical expertise for in-house troubleshooting
• Supporting service front counter with technical information
• Management of product localization at warehouse (nozzle and plug conversion)

Requirements:

• ITE in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years of working experience in repairing home appliances, preferably from MNCs in the FMCG industry
• Extensive experience in technical management with strong technical knowledge and the abillity to impart such technical information to others
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
